Position Pilates - 1:1 studio sessions
I teach 1:1 sessions on the studio equipment (reformer, cadillac, chair and spine corrector) in Islington on Mondays and Fridays, although other days are occasionally available upon request. I also incorporate some of the smaller pieces of equipment into these sessions including the toning circle, foam roller, ball, physio band and hand weights.
The studio equipment provides additional challenge or support where necessary and is designed for use by all levels - whether a total beginner or a pilates pro! I work with many clients who all have different goals. Some are recovering from injury, some are undertaking an ante-natal pilates programme, and some simply want to improve their mobility and core strength.
1:1 sessions are also a useful way to learn the principles of pilates before joining a group class.
